Art and Design and DT
Art and Design and Design Technology are important to us at St Mary's as we are surrounded by beautiful art and amazing design! We love to explore a range of artists and designers from different periods, cultures and gender. We hold art and DT weeks, where we surround ourselves in the work of a particular artist or designer, or a particular medium or movement. We love to fill our school with art, so much so that our walls are filled with canvases from our lockdown period, as well as current masterpieces produced by our fantastic children in school this term.
We have been lucky to host artists and designers, visit galleries and marvel at the work around us!
